Ranked as one of the “top 50 M&A Dealmakers in the World”, Storm has won numerous Deal of the Year awards and executed the highest returning M&A transaction in history.  He has advised many of the most iconic companies and defining transactions in the technology sector: Google / YouTube / DoubleClick, Tencent, Microsoft, Apple / Drive.ai, Tinder, Oracle / Sun / MySQL / RightNow, Uber / Careem, Lyft, AMD / NexGen, and AOL / DARPANET, amongst many others.

 

Prior to founding Ignatious, Storm ran the leading Technology Advisory firm in the world, has ranked #1 in client outcomes for nearly two decades, and founded technology banking divisions with cumulative annual revenue of over $500 million as well as three technology startups. He has a proven track record of identifying, analyzing, negotiating, and closing complex transformative M&A transactions as well as growth capital raises.

Storm is a frequent speaker and panelist at technology and industry conferences, podcaster and a guest lecturer at Harvard Law School and Stanford University and has previously co-taught and co-authored a course on M&A at Stanford Law School.

Storm holds a B.A. in Political Science and American Studies from Yale University, and an MBA in Finance, With Distinction (honors), from the University of Michigan.

Kevin Finn, Senior Partner,
Software

Kevin is a Senior Partner at Ignatious leading the Software coverage practice. He is a highly accomplished finance executive and strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience at leading financial institutions and over $75B of high impact transactions completed across M&A, public capital raises and private capital raises.

Prior to Ignatious, Kevin helped build and lead the Software practice at Jefferies, where he specialized in supply chain, healthcare and niche vertical software. Additionally, over the course of his career, Kevin has advised on 65 software transactions across ERP, CRM, CPM, HCM, SCM, Collaboration, Security and Infrastructure software. He also has experience as an investor at Amador Capital and Northgate Capital. Kevin has a longstanding track record of delivering results for his clients with a commitment to excellence and passion for innovative software companies.

Some of his marquee transactions include the sale of Blue Yonder to Panasonic, the acquisition of RSA by Symphony, the direct listing of Asana, and IPOs and follow-ons for AppFolio, Box, and Tableau among several others.

Kevin holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Chris Hayes, Senior Partner, Mobility and Food Tech 

Chris is a Senior Partner at Ignatious leading the Mobility and Food Tech coverage practice. He is a highly accomplished finance executive and strategic advisor with over 15 years of experience at leading financial institutions and over $30B of high impact transactions completed across M&A, public capital raises and private capital raises

Prior to Ignatious, Chris helped build and lead the Mobility Technology practice at Jefferies. He has developed a proven track record of providing strategic advice, leading cross-functional teams, executing complex transactions and driving growth. Chris is inspired by the opportunities created with new technologies and focused on helping exciting businesses achieve their potential.

Chris holds a BSM in Finance and Management from Tulane University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Andrew Kass, Senior Partner
Andrew is a Senior Partner at Ignatious leading the Private Capital Advisory practice. He is a highly accomplished finance executive and strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience at leading financial institutions and over $100B of high impact transactions completed across M&A, public capital raises and private capital raises.
 
Prior to Ignatious, Andrew founded a predecessor boutique advisory firm called BlackWatch Advisors and prior to that served as Managing Director, leading the Internet & New Media practices at Deutsche Bank. Andrew has an extensive track record of delivering quality advice and results to leading entrepreneurs/clients across a range of sectors, geographies and transaction types.
 
Some of his marquee transactions Recruit’s acquisition of Indeed, TPG and Silver Lake’s acquisition of Sabre Holdings, KKR and Silver Lake’s acquisition of GoDaddy, GSI Commerce’s acquisition of Fanatics; IPOs for Alibaba, Facebook, GoDaddy, Sabre and Twitter; and debt financings for Amazon.com, Apple, Booking.com, eBay, PayPal and Spotify, among several others.

Ben Lee, Senior Partner
Ben Lee is a Senior Partner at Ignatious, specializing in the B2B media firms and tech service sectors. Ben has facilitated numerous strategic partnerships between innovative startups and established enterprises, amongst his many accomplishments. His expertise in cutting-edge industry trends within technology and advertising enables him to help companies optimize their financial and strategic vision.
 
Prior to Ignatious, Ben held several executive positions in media and tech agencies, leading their go-to-market strategies and scaling of operations. He was one of the youngest executives to hold a C-suite position at a publicly-traded advertising holding group, was named as an Inc 30 under 30 list at age 26, founded the Neon Roots agency focused on hyper scaling businesses, and has been a guest lecturer at Harvard, Cornell, and USC.

Joachim is a Senior Partner at Ignatious leading the Internet, SMB Software and Marketing Tech coverage practice. He is a highly accomplished finance executive and strategic advisor with over 15 years of experience at leading financial institutions and over $30B of high impact transactions completed across M&A, public capital raises and private capital raises.

Prior to Ignatious, Joachim helped lead the Consumer Internet practice at Jefferies. He has a well-established history of delivering strategic advice and executing complex transactions. Joachim loves working with passionate founders and management teams building next generation digital platforms.
